Don't Be a Robot
Do not give up logic and be a monkey. But give up the attachment to it that it's all there is.
Logic gave us science and computers. It is not the enemy. But when we attach our identity to it, always trying to make objective order of everything, we become robot-like. The framework starts running us instead of the other way around.
Some people lean on logic because it feels safer. It becomes a shield against emotional chaos or indecision. Others use it to assert control because they cannot trust what they feel. Both are understandable. Both are traps.
Getting fixed to a single system and trying to solve everything through it is like using a hammer to cut down a tree. You can exhaust yourself swinging at it forever and make almost no progress, not because you are weak, but because you are using the wrong tool. Sometimes the most intelligent thing you can do is set one down and pick up another.
If you cannot disassociate from logic at appropriate times, it will lead to infinite stress that manifests in muscular tension, fatigue, ADHD, and more. The body keeps the score while the mind insists on solving.
Sometimes our brains and bodies just need a break. No words. No logic. Back to older forms of understanding reality. Not even understanding. Just back to before understanding was a thing we tried to do. Just let go and be alive.
The best inner peace I found was completely free of all reasoning. Any reasoning that came up felt like stress, like suffering. I still had painful moments, but I did not try to figure them out or put logic to them.
Once you clear the RAM, you can apply logic much more efficiently and with order. Your overall intelligence levels and memory capacity will increase.
Logic is a beautiful framework. Just do not let it become the only one you know how to use.
